He was predeceased by : his parents, Hayden Adams and Ivanee Adams; and also Wayne Adams. He is survived by : his wife Vicki Adams; his children, John Eric Adams (Amy), Nathan Lee Adams (Melissa) and Jaime Brock (Ashley); his grandchildren, McKinley Brock, Jackson Adams, Lee Brock, Cooper Adams, Ashlyn Brock, Landen Adams, Eva Adams and Luke Adams; and his siblings, Betty Adams, R. H. Adams and Billy Adams. He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, and other Family and Friends.

Visitation was held on Thursday, July 4th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, July 5th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the South Canton Funeral Home (3147 Marietta Hwy, Canton, GA 30114). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 5th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Philadelphia Baptist Church (4161 Jay Green Rd, Canton, GA 30115).
