Elwood E. Byron Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elwood E. Byron (Canton, Georgia), who passed away on December 16, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Elwood E. shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Elwood E. farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Byron and Nina Burnham Byron; his son Stephen; and his brothers, Francis "Frank" Byron, Lynn G. Byron and Randall "Randy" Byron.
He is survived by: his wife Gerry Senn Byron; his son John (Monica Byron); his stepdaughter Mardi Senn (Georgia); his grandchildren, Nicholas and Victoria Byron; and his brother Glenn Byron. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Georgia National Cemetery (1080 Scott Hudgens Dr, Canton, GA 30114).
