He is survived by: his wife Gretta Payne; his sons, Joseph Dwight Payne (Tammy) and Jason Payne (Sharon); his grandchildren, Kayleigh Payne, Rachel Payne, Spencer Payne, Skylar Payne and Erik Payne; his great grandchild Ruby Payne; and his sister Judy Lynn (Roy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
