She was predeceased by: her parents, Dell Porter and L. D. Porter; her brother Ronnie Porter; and her great-aunt Hazel Coker. She is survived by: her husband Tim Self; her children, Hollie Lynn Self and Casey Thomas Self; and her brother Nick Porter.
