Knighten and Brody A. Knighten; his stepchildren, Cayden A. Davis and Joshua M. Richardson; his siblings, John C. Knighten of West Point, MS and Teresa K. Gisleson (Mark) of Waseca, MN; his aunts and uncles, Paul Knighten (Judy) of Atlanta, GA, George Stricklin of Yazoo City, MS, Linda Broadwater of Charleston, MS and Margie Lacy (Scott) of Germantown, TN; his nephews, Everett Cole Gisleson and Oliver Stricklin Gisleson; his parents-in-law, Danny R. Bowen Sr. of Berry, AL and Connie Bowen of Tuscaloosa, AL; and his siblings-in-law, Elizabeth Hite (Matt) of Northport, AL, Kensey Bowen of Baltimore, MD and Danny R. Bowen Jr. (Amy) of Dillwyn, VA..
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM and from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Lakeside Funeral Home (121 Claremore Dr, Woodstock, GA 30188). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Georgia National Cemetery (Veterans Cemetery Rd, Georgia 30114).
