He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Haynes and Mary Hale Haynes; and his siblings, Betty, Jamie, Geraldine, Dorothy, Florie, Phillip and Byron Frank.
He is survived by: his wife Dr. Twilla Locklear Haynes; his children, Dr. Angela Haynes Ferere (Bernard) of Hoschton, Charles Rodney Haynes (Elaina) of Auburn and Dr. Hope Bussenius (Patrick) of Duluth; his grandchildren, Elie Haynes (Ana), Abrielle Bussenius, Rebekah Haynes, Jacob Haynes, Luke Bussenius, Samuel Haynes and Seth Haynes; his great grandchild Isabella Haynes; and also Kenneth Lynch (Danyelle). He is also survived by "Paw Paw" to his family and close friends.
A procession will be held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 12:15 PM. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Georgia National Cemetery (1080 Scott Hudgens Dr, Canton, GA 30114).
