He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Mitchell and Lois Mitchell; and his siblings, Roy, Lamar Mitchell and Louise Wilson.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Mitchell; his children, Karen Weddle, Sandra Evans, Robert Mitchell, Mark (Page Mitchell) and Haley Sallee (Brad) of Canton, GA; his grandchildren, Court, John, Gib, Kelsey, Danielle, Tarah, Harrison, Mitchell, Christian and Claire; and his great grandchildren, Aurora, William, Delilah, Lilly, Link and Willow. He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, Friends.
