She is survived by: her husband Joseph; her daughter Lisa Carey of Dublin, GA; her stepson Devlin Bragg (Jennifer); her grandson Travis Bench (Mollie) of Liberty Hill, TX; her stepson Anthony of Athens, GA; her sister Harriet Phillips of Winston-Salem, NC; her niece Christi Lyons of Nashville, TN.; her aunt Henrietta Fulton of Winston-Salem; and her uncle John Henry Rice of Sanford, NC.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Antioch Christian Church (210 South Brown Street, Oconee, GA 31089).
