It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mae Freeman Beebe of Canon, Georgia, born in Toccoa, Georgia, who passed away on January 19, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Carl Freeman and Faith Jewel Hunter Freeman; her husband Floyd Beebe; her children, Mike, Stanley Beebe and Darlene Aldridge; and her siblings, Henry, Terry, Bill, Reese, Harold, Dan Freeman, Amy Cantrell and Barbara Freeman.
She is survived by: her sons, Steve Beebe of Canon and Tim Beebe of Canon; her sister Lena McCollum of Starr, SC; her grandchildren, Shawn Beebe (Crystal), Candy McNall (Clay) and Davey Beebe; and her great grandchildren, Dustin Womack, Sienna Beebe, Cali Beebe and Britt Dyar. She is also survived by several other great-grandchildren.
