He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill "Junior" Ballard and Wilma Ballard. He is survived by: his brothers, Danny Ballard (Wanda) of Belton, SC, Eddie Dean Ballard of Belton, SC and Robbie Ballard (Missy) of Seneca, SC; his uncle Paul; his aunt Annette Bruce; and his cousin Tim Bruce.
The lying in state was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Sosebee Mortuary South Chapel.
