In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Barton Earl had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Barton Earl may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Peter Briggs and Saundra Hawkins Briggs; and his stepson Jeff Randall. He is survived by: his close friend Tommie Randall; his daughter Tanya Knecht (Jeremiah Bowie) of Starr, SC; his stepdaughter Linda Morton of Canon; and his siblings, Forrest Briggs of Hartwell, Susan Wilson of Rayle, GA and Judith Moore of Anderson, SC. He is also survived by three grandchildren and four step-grandchildren.
