He is survived by: his wife Eveline Smith Bradshaw of Camilla; his children, Ann Seaman (Max) of Citrus Springs, FL, Kim Coble (Rodney) of Live Oak, FL, William Nick Bradshaw, Jr. of Marianna, FL, Sonny Smith of Charlotte, NC, Carl Smith of Camilla, Tony Smith of Doerun and Connie Smith High (Anthony) of Camilla; and his brothers, John Bradshaw and Walter Bradshaw. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
