He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Roscoe Dukes, Sr. and Doris Waddell Dukes; his former wife Rosemary Dukes; his siblings, Patricia Strickland and Wilburn Dukes; and his daughter-in-law Vicki Dukes.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Burford Dukes of Camilla; his children, Beth Ann Dukes of Warm Springs, Danny Dukes of Cumming, Tim Dukes (Debbie) of Griffin, Willard Rocky Dukes, III of Jasper, O. J and Scotty Johnson (Paula) of Baconton; and his siblings, Melvin Dukes (Evelin) of Woodbury, Jackie Jones of Atlanta, Margaret Ledford of Woodbury, Juanice Griffin of Cave Springs and Becky Bulloch of Woodbury. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
