He was predeceased by: his parents, Sye Bertrum Butler and Doris Evelyn Glenn Butler; his wife Brenda Mathis Butler; and his brother Billy Joe Butler. He is survived by: his siblings, Kay Davis of Lester, Judy Richardson of Lester, Julian Pritchard (Ruth) of St. Louis, MO, Carey Glenn Butler (Teresa) of Pelham and Robin Butler (Rennie) of Moultrie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
