She was predeceased by: her mother Effie Lee Brown; and her siblings, Buford Brown, Etheridge Brown, Roy Brown, Irma Argo and Bama Brown.
She is survived by: her husband Cecil Wingate of Pebble City; her children, Gregory Tyrone Wingate (Barbie) of Pebble City and Sonya W. Frost (Stanley) of Gainesville, GA; her siblings, Clinton Brown (Ima) of Sale City, Bonnie Petrow of Indianapolis, IN, Dimple Edwards (Talmadge) of Baconton, Clarice Humphries (Cary) of Pelham and Joyce Lee (Terry) of Baconton; her grandchild Lynsi Grace Stafford (Kevin) of Gainesville, GA; and her great grandchildren, Brylyn Stafford and Thomas James Stafford. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
