He is survived by: his grandsons, Wesley Gill, Codie Gill, Reggie Chapman, Jr., David Chapman, Dustin McKeown, Dennis Barnes, Jr. and Marvin Cooper; his sons-in-law, Robert Gill and Reggie Chapman, Sr.; his parent Purnia Adel Trotter Cooper; his children, Crystal Chapman (Reggie) of Camilla, Cathy Gill (Robert) of Bainbridge, Sherry Gentry of Camilla and Sanford Ray Cooper, II (Amanda) of Camilla; and his siblings, Dell Spring of Albany, Melvin Cooper (Shirley) of Leesburg and James Cooper (Charlotte) of Yatesville. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
