He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Bullard and Eva Farrell Bullard; and his son Stephen Byron Bullard. He is survived by: his wife Mary Maples Bullard of Camilla; his sons, Richard Hansel Bullard, Jr. (Gabriela) of New Orleans, LA and Christopher Scott Bullard (Angela) of Leesburg; and his siblings, Arthur Bullard, Joellen Lancaster, Penny Redford (Matthew) and Patty Williams (Jim). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
