She was predeceased by: her parents, Dalton Carlton and Lois Smith Carlton; her husband Willis Jason Pope; her daughter Judy Pope Culberson; and her brother Emery Carlton.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Harrison (Kevin) of Camilla and Steve Pope (Denise) of Moultrie; her son-in-law Paul Culberson of Cordele; her sister-in-law Dell Carlton of Moultrie; and her grandchildren, Jill Williams (Hort), Lynne Morrell, Jason Lewis (Misty), Kathy Nealon (Patrick), Walter Culberson (Sarah), Karie Spence (John) and Ryan Pope (Ashlee). She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Southside Baptist Church, P. O. Box 505, Camilla, GA 31730.
