He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Jackson Cumbie and Jimmie Lou Allen Cumbie; and his siblings, Linda Cumbie Donalson, Carolyn Cumbie Brooks and Durwood Cumbie.
He is survived by: his brother-in-law Roland Brooks of Pelham. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
