He is survived by: his parents, Paul Parker and Frances Parker of Camilla; his siblings, Fran Parker of Albany, Marilyn Parker Belcher (Mike) of Albany and William Parker (Vicky) of Hopeful; his niece Kathryn Belcher Brown (Lee) of Albany; his nephews, Trey Parker (Stacey) of Leesburg and Kyle Belcher (Molly) of Charleston, SC; his great-nephew Price Belcher of Charleston, SC; and his great-nieces, Chloe Parker of Leesburg, Addie Parker of Leesburg and Ruby Parker of Leesburg.
