He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommy Hilsman Palmer and Maybell Powell Palmer; and his children, Maxie Scott Palmer, Jr. and Katrina Marie Hadley. He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey Scott Palmer, Melvin Theodore Palmer and Lance Scott Palmer; and his grandchildren, Christina Hadley, Joshua Hadley, Kylie Ray Skees, Lauren Nicole Palmer and Aidan Scott Palmer. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
