He was predeceased by: his parents, Hansel O'Neal Palmer and Agnes Gray Palmer; and his brother Lynwood Palmer. He is survived by: his sister Margaret Palmer Ricks of Pelham; and his nieces, Debra Ricks Palmer of Pelham and Denise Ricks Rovig of Camilla.
