He is survived by: his siblings, Willie Frank Riggins of Camilla, Bobby Riggins, Edress Riggins of Miami, Robert Riggins, Jr. of Cocoa, Florida, Louise Bonaparte, Susie Riggins and Alice Mae Reese of Camilla, Georgia; and his aunt Abbie "Honey" Rivers of Albany, Georgia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
