He is survived by: his wife Rhoda H. Collins of Camilla; his children, Miranda Bryant (Chris) of Moultrie, Ashley Riggins (Randall) of Camilla, Charlee Tucker (Matthew) of Moultrie and Jerry Richard Collins, Jr. (Erin) of Tallahassee, FL; his parents, Melvin C. of Camilla and Hilda Elder Collins of Camilla; and his siblings, Michael M. Collins of Unadilla and Diane McBee of Thomasville. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, multiple aunts and uncles, and multiple nieces and nephews.
