She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul E. Cagle and Georgia Little Cagle; her husband Frank C. Vann; her son F. Cochran Vann, Jr.; and her daughter-in-law Staci Sizemore Vann.
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Janie Vann of El Paso, TX, Mary Vann Hamilton (George) of Baconton and Scott Emory Vann of Baconton; and her grandchildren, Mary Hamilton of Savannah, Frank Emory Vann of Baconton and Robby Jane Vann of Baconton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
