James Irvin Brooks Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Irvin Brooks of Camilla, Georgia, born in Mitchell, Georgia, who passed away on August 14, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Autry Brooks and Velma Hayes Brooks; his former wife Ruth Alice "Sunny" Brooks; and his brothers, Marvin Brooks, Charles Brooks and Larry Brooks.
He is survived by: his wife Becky Bass Brooks of Hartsfield; and his sons, James Autry Brooks of Camilla and Paul Irvin Brooks of Waycross. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
