He is survived by: his wife Celia Davis Cochran; his children, Guyton Cochran (Mary Alice) and Jodi Cochran Lee; his brother Johnny Yates (Betty Lane); his siblings-in-law, Gail Layfield and Loren Nesmith; his son-in-law Vann Irvin; and his grandchildren, James Cochran, Jacques Irvin, Cochran Lee, Will Cochran, Elizabeth Cochran and Mandy Irvin Occhipinti (Nick).
