It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Virginia Cook Edwards of Camilla, Georgia, born in Mitchell, Georgia, who passed away on July 17, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Robert Cook and Lois McCaskill Cook; her grandson Joshua Kelly; and her siblings, Jean Gay, Margie DeBary and Robert Cook.
She is survived by: her spouse J. C. Edwards; her children, Desiree Hargrove (Rocky) of Baconton, Dana Kelly (Greg Shiver) of Camilla and Chris Edwards of Camilla; her siblings, Betty Costantino of Jacksonville, FL and Dick Cook of Leary; her grandchildren, Anna Bodiford (Daniel), Lizzie Kelly, Sloan Shiver and Sutton Shiver; and her great grandchildren, Ryan Rusk, Dani Bodiford and Camilla Bodiford. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
