She is survived by: her daughters, Sherita Green (Charles) of Pelham and Shemika Moore (Carlos) of Camilla, Georgia; her grandchildren, Johnny Green III, Jamonica Green, Carlos Moore Jr. and Carye'Moore; her siblings, Raymond Hammonds of Dacula, Willie Hammonds, Charles Hammonds, Larry Hammonds of Camilla, Kenny Hammonds (Sylvia) of Albany, Georgia, Geraldine Crump of Camilla and Louvenia Maxwell of Pelham, Georgia; her close friends, Dorothy Pate and Jeanette Anderson; her godchildren, Michelle Brookins, Brittany Mitchell and Dave Quin Mitchell; and her caregiver Jennifer Wallace. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
