She was predeceased by: her parents, Zack Barney Hardin and Emma Gertrude Tarrer; her spouse Emitt ONeal Boutwell, Sr.; her children, Gail Lockerman and Emitt ONeal Boutwell, Jr.; her son-in-law John Lockerman; her stepdaughter Sylvia Boutwell Faircloth; her siblings, Eldora Hardin Giddens, Zack B. Hardin, Jr., William Carlton Hardin and Cecil Scotty Hardin; and her grandchildren, Stacy Earnest, Sherry Walls and Rick Bateman.

She is survived by: her children, Kathy Boutwell of Donalsonville, Joyce Penn (Paul) of Donalsonville, Janice Hart (Ray) of Waycross, Henry Parker, Jr. (Linda) of Camilla and Donald Parker of Baconton; her stepdaughter Peggy Carroll of Midland, FL; and her brother James Hardin of Albany. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
