She was predeceased by: her parents, Fonsey M. Webb and Margaret Lee Smith Webb; and her sister Linda Myers. She is survived by: her husband Joseph H. "Joey" Palmer, Jr. of Camilla; her daughters, Laurie Tufts (Winfield, Jr.) of Atlanta and Joelle Palmer of Atlanta; her grandsons, Winfield F. "Finn" Tufts, III and Monroe Tufts; and her sister Therlisel Griffin of Martinez. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
