She was predeceased by: her husband Firman Willis; her siblings, Bobby Elkins, David Elkins, Wayne Elkins and Mildred Thompson; and her parents, Richard Elkins and Rosa Lee Elkins.

She is survived by: her children, Cindy Moore (John), Eddie Eilers (Dywanda) and Steve Eilers; her grandchildren, Haley Palacios, Justin Eilers (Paige), Natasha Palsson, Tyler Saucier, Kyndell Moore, Cole Moore, Karli Moore, Nathan Potter, Kase Cornwall (Jessica) and Kody Cornwall; her great grandchildren, Domnique Palsson, Leona Palsson, Marley Palsson, Briley Leaverton, Aliyah Jade Willis, Gavin Palacios and Emma Eilers; and her sisters, Jan Davenport (Bobby) and Dorothy Bentley. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made in Delores' name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
