He is survived by: his children, Herman Williams, Jr. (Lakesha) of Grayson and Tiffany Williams of Camilla, Georgia; his grandchildren, Jaylin Williams, Jordin Williams and Damarion Williams; his nieces, Tameka Williams of Pelham and Charlotte Harvey of Camilla, Georgia; his brother Alonzo Williams, Jr. of Detroit, Michigan; his aunt Claretha Vicks of Atlanta, Georgia; and his sister-in-law Mary Williams of Pelham, Georgia. He is also survived by nieces, cousins and friends.
