He is survived by: his children, Michael, Patrick, Jann Lighthart (David) and Steven (Theresa); his grandchildren, Carlyn Kirwin, Lisa Alzamora (Dante), Theodore Weak (Kynie), Daniel Weak and Nicholas Weak; his brother Larry Weak (Becky); and his brother-in-law James Rotella (Becky). He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
