Concetta was predeceased by: husband Sebastian "Frank" Santi; and grandson Brian Nanos. Concetta is survived by: daughters, Connie Marie Nanos, Marianne Dopheide and Christine Haney. Concetta is also survived by ten grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren.

Memorials are suggested to Alzheimer's Association of Nebraska or Eastern Nebraska Office on Aging (ENOA).
