He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Josie Mantooth, Danny Brewer, John Brooks, Charlie and Glenda Mantooth.
He is survived by: his daughter Adaleigh Mantooth; the mother of his child Martha Mantooth of Calhoun, GA; his parents, Kristy (Chuck Roberts) and Rickey Lee Mantooth (Farrah Mantooth); his siblings, Brynleigh Brewer, Josie (Bobby Slone), Jeremy of Calhoun, GA, Arianna McGaha of Calhoun, GA and Ashton Brewer of Calhoun, GA; his grandparents, Ruby Jones of Calhoun, GA, Earnest, Verna Jones of Rocky Face, GA and Brenda Brooks of Rocky Face, GA; his nieces and nephews, Wrenleigh McGaha, Brody Slone, Aubree Slone, Brylie Slone and Canaan; and his aunts and uncles, Nevaeh Jones, Jason Jones, Danny Messer and Twana Amos. He is also survived by several cousins and many friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the White Graves Baptist Church (365 White Graves Rd, Ranger, GA 30734).
