She was predeceased by: her parents, Cliff Simmons and Estelle Baker Simmons; her husband Daniel Towe; her daughter Sherry Towe Chadwick; her granddaughter Tammy Howerton Turner; and her son Randy Towe.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Daniel (William Jr.), Shelia Padgett (Donald) and Pam Newton (Joey); her brother Clyde Simmons; and her grandchildren, Lekitia Gentry, Timmy Daniel, Clifford Daniel, Brandy Chadwick, Heather Maddox and Brandon Towe. She is also survived by great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
