He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Williams and Evie Wood Williams. He is survived by: his wife Joy Treadaway Williams; his children, Bryan D. Williams, Barry E. Williams (Elyssa), Alicia Williams Gammon (Mike Ingle), Andrea Williams Moore (David) and Christy Williams Nicholson; and his siblings, Gene Williams (Phyllis), Nettie Everett, Patricia Gilbert and Martha Moore (Joe). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
