It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilton Baker Sr. of Calhoun, Georgia, born in Gordon, Georgia, who passed away on March 13, 2021, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wash C. Baker and Carlee Williams Baker; his wife Irene Willix Baker; and his siblings, Maybell Clark, Nell Howard Johnson, Annie Clark, Lester Baker and Boyd Baker.
He is survived by: his children, Wilton Baker Jr. (Carole) of Calhoun and Penny Baker Quale (Bill) of Cummings; his grandchildren, Dawn Baker Kemp (Greg), Eric Baker (Evette), Elliott Shaw, Matthew Shaw (Melissa) and Kellen Burklin; and his great grandchildren, Macy Kemp, Jack Kemp, Olivia Baker, Jacob Baker, Gavin Shaw and Isaac Shaw. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
