He is survived by: his wife Jamie Davis Akridge; his children, Mary Emma Akridge of Calhoun, GA and Merrill Shepherd Akridge of Calhoun, GA; his siblings, Emily (Bob Gibbs), Anna (Shaun Lokey), Jackson (Trena Glass), Leslie Craver of Tallahassee, FL, Joshua (Jaylynn Glass) and Lowry (Tripp McRee); his parents-in-law, Don and Bobbie Davis; and his sister-in-law Shannon Davis of Ellijay, GA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
