He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Thompson and Mamie Thompson; and also Ouida. He is survived by: his siblings, Paul Thompson, Prudence Thompson and Ottie Mae Hodges; his wife Ouida Coren McKinney of Cordele; and his stepgrandson Mark Owen. He is also survived by three grandsons.
