He was predeceased by: his parents, Colquitt Scott and Gladys Scott; his siblings, Rayford, Kenneth and Moleen; and his son-in-law Ken Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Payne; and his children, Waymond R. Scott Jr. (Beverly) of Lilburn, Cindy Fowler (Paul) of Adairsville, Angela Moore of Grayson, Selina Cantelou of Melbourne, FL and Michael Scott (Penny) of Suwanee. He is also survived by three siblings, five children, ten grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
