He was predeceased by: his parents, Gabriel Romulo Sanchez and Juana Francisca Santos. He is survived by: his wife Lucila Mendez Perez; and his children, Jackelin Pamela Sanchez-Mendez of Calhoun, Ariela Eli Sanchez of Guatemala, Ivonne Sanchez of Guatemala, Miriam Marroquin of Calhoun, GA, Brenda Marroquin of Calhoun, GA, Julia Marisela Marroquin of Calhoun, GA and Erick Marroquin of Calhoun, GA. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
The family will receive friends for visitation, Friday, October 16, 2020 and Saturday, October 17, 2020 at Ponders Calhoun Chapel from 5:00 p. m. until 10:00 p. m. Due to the National health crisis and the Covid-19 virus, masks must be worn properly at all times and social distancing must be observed when visiting the funeral home.
