He was predeceased by: his parents, Jasper Pack and Lucy Mae Silvers Pack; and his siblings, Randall Pack, Carl Pack, Herman Pack, Jim Pack, Betty Greene, Ruby Joe Turner and Mary Fuller.
He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Pack; his son Troy; his daughter-in-law Rhonda Pack; his daughter Tina; his son-in-law Bobby Nabors; his siblings, Roy Howard Pack and Martha Ann Silvers; and his grandchildren, Christy Poole, Ricky Pack, Tiffany Randolph, Troy Pack, Amber Nabors, Stephanie Johnson, Daniel Smith, Victoria Boswell and Brittany Ozmore. He is also survived by 19 great grandchildren.
