He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Newton Curtis and Polly Tate Curtis. He is survived by: his wife June White Curtis; his children, Boone Curtis (Tina) of Cincinnati, Sam Curtis of Calhoun and Jayne Maupin (John) of Cleveland, TN; his siblings, Cale Curtis (Robin) of Calhoun and Lynn Rutledge (C. L.) of Calhoun; and his grandchildren, Audrey Grace Curtis, Ruby June Curtis, Addison Jane Maupin, Jackson Thomas Maupin and Anniston June Maupin.
