He was predeceased by: his parents, Doyle Fowler and Freeda Stamey Fowler. He is survived by: his wife Tamra Taylor Fowler; his sons, Michael Medellin and Austin Fowler (Kelly); his sister Dorothy Fowler Johns; and his grandchildren, Ava Fowler, Milani Medellin, Alleah Medellin, Annabelle Fowler and Ansley Fowler. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
