He is survived by: his parent Mary Ann Holloway Hayes; his wife Melinda Hayes of Calhoun, GA; his son Thomas Hayes of Jason Azbill; his aunts, Doug Holloway, Tracie Mantooth of South Carolina, Linda Rector, Tommy Rector of Dalton, GA, Bobby Hayes and Shirley Hayes; his siblings-in-law, Melissa Stillwagon of Powder Springs, GA and Dave Stillwagon of Powder Springs, GA; his nieces and nephews, Adam Stillwagon, Jace Spicer and Macy Spicer; and also, Rodney Hayes, Misty Hayes of Athens, TN, Eric Hayes and Jennifer Hayes of Dalton, GA.
