He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. John Henry and Shirley Davis Maddox; his sister Mary Hollis; and his father-in-law Tom Jackson. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Quiroz Maddox; his stepson Jose Perez (Brent); his grandchildren, Jariah, Jentzen and Amelia; his siblings, Shelia Maddox and Ronnie Maddox (Robin); and his mother-in-law Lola Rich Jackson.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 20th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home (705 Old Red Bud Rd, Calhoun, GA 30701).
