He is survived by: his wife Debbie Quiroz Maddox; his stepson Jose Perez (Brent); his grandchildren, Jariah, Jentzen and Amelia; his siblings, Shelia Maddox and Ronnie Maddox (Robin); and his mother-in-law Lola Rich Jackson.
