She was predeceased by: her father Jerry Glenn Burchett; and her mother-in-law Dorothy Stevenson. She is survived by: her mother Sarah Caldwell Burchett; her husband Jim Stevenson; her children, Paige Puckett (Mason), Crystal Bunch and Chris Dean (Brittany); her grandchildren, Ethan, Evan, Lillian Bunch, Cole and Easton Dean; her siblings, Sarah James (David), Lora Shaw (John), Jerry Burchett (Marlene), Mark Burchett (Rachael) and Clyde Burchett (Cindy); and her father-in-law James R. Stevenson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society Center , 250 Williams St NW Atlanta, GA 30303 in Tammy's memory.
