It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sonia Marsha Cliatt Curtis of Calhoun, Georgia, who passed away on May 9, 2021, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Henry James Cliatt; and her siblings, Zena Cliatt, Tena Allen and Jerome Cliatt. She is survived by: her mother Eloise Passley Byrd; her children, Christopher Curtis (Casey) and Bionca Curtis of Calhoun, Georgia; her brothers, Alfonza Cliatt, Willie Cliatt of Tennessee, Byron Cliatt (Michelle) of Rome and Marty Passley (Cicely) of Calhoun; her niece Laquiettia Allen; and her nephews, Demetrius Cliatt and Brandon Cliatt. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends.
Following the guidelines of COVID-19, the family is enforcing that all attendees wear a mask and practice social distancing.
